That looks like one design that I saw. It looks like a F4 tube
wiht a F10 or so focal length which is about the typical Cass
length tho.
Still it offers a nice focal lengthand a nice eyepiece position
along with a good clear apeture to go along with it.
It would probably be interesting to see what the parameters of
the primary and secondary need to be for good results.
He also describes several variations of the design with three
mirrors which coulld pu the focal ratio without a longeer tube
length.
