I think it could be a tilted telescope, as the Herrig telescope

as a tilted scope it has the advantage of no obstruction, but this particular
designer need a primary mirror bigger than the aperture of the scope. There are
several other designers of tilted telescopes but i think the Herrig is the most
compact.
