[ATM] FW: Cassegrain Secondary Magnification

Hi,

I actually wanted to make an all spherical design and was motivated by the
"Klevzov-Cassegrain". Unfortunately I could not find any information on the
actual design parameters and decided to make a simple D-K. Does any one know
of any Klevzov-Cassegrain designs (oslo files would be great)?

Regards,

Alfredo

I've not even looked aberrations, but the two things that leap
straight to mind are Field Curvature and manufacturability of the
Secondary.

Take a 10" scope with your parameters above. The Field will have a
radius of curvature of 2.3 inches, which is very poor. Also, the
secondary is going to F/1.5 too, but convex and hyperbolic so it will
be a very difficult object to make and figure.
