[ATM] Crayford focuser

Can anyone provide some pointers to web sites that have either 
plans/drawings for making a Crayford focuser or good pictures of homebuilts?

I have a 6" lathe, drill press, and a lot of files :-).  If I get going on 
it before the end of the semester  my son has access to the machine shop at 
college to make nice knobs for me (no knurling tool in my kit).
