Not heard of that one Jarvis. I wonder if it is what we call a D bit
over here?
Don't know if this has been suggested because my mail server crashed
earlier and I may have missed some of the thread, but if it's only
Ally, he could probably get away with an end mill in a half inch chuck
as long as the workpiece is well clamped. Relies on finding an end
mill with reduced shaft though.
A counterbore drill is another possibility, bit expensive at that size
though.
