Indeed Vladimir. My interest in astronomy started at the moment I put my eye
at the eyepiece of an angle measuring instrument (theodolite) and aimed at
the moon in broad daylight instead of the pole (?) we used for measurements.

Wow !!! My life changed at this very instant...
