This response seems to be typical of Sky Publishing.  Several
years ago they gave me permission to distribute on the web
material extracted from the CD version of NGC2000.0.  This is in
sharp contrast to the response from another astronomy book
publisher when I asked for permission to distribute data from a
table in one of their books.  Permission was granted only if
information was in an executable, not in source code.  When I
pointed out that the program was being distributed under the GNU
General Public License, their response was, "You've got a
problem."
