[ATM] Equation Error in Kutter's "The Schiefspiegler (ObliqueTelescope)" aka Bulletin A

Arjan te Marvelde has found that equation 3, on page 4 of "The
Schiefspiegler (Oblique Telescope)" by Anton Kutter appears to be in
error. This error would only apply to designs having unequal radii for
the primary and secondary mirrors. Since equal radii characterize the
most common designs, this error appears to have gone nearly 50 years
unnoticed. The web version of "The Schiefspiegler (Oblique Telescope)"
now has Arjan's correction added as a footnote to page 4.
