I think what you see in ronchi will vary as you rotate
the mirror since it is not a figure of revolution.
So here is a repeat of the 3d surface for reference.

Next here it is looking down on it. Red is high blue
is low areas.

both of the above were with the tape and mark vertical
at the top.
Next are a series of profiles taken through diameters
of the mirror. There are taken every 45 deg. They
show the error in surface height across the diameter.
The adjuster in the upper right conrner shows the
orientation of the profile through the mirror. The
left side of the profile starts at the tiny circle on
the edge.
In the first two you can see the hump starting at
about 50%

At 90 deg the overall hump goes away and is replaced
by 3 smaller hills.

So try rotating the mirror 90 to what you just did and
check the ronchi again.
