    Looks like someone fell asleep at the 5 o'clock/11 o'clock axis for 
about 2 minutes, maybe without even rotating the tool.  You can even see the 
facet streaks.  Can't say how deep or how long it may take to get it out 
(more than 2 minutes).  Nasty TDE too.  Maybe short strokes?  The 'stig may 
go away on its own by the time you get the TDE out.
