[ATM] Alternative Petzval Design

Now that I think I can, at least to some extent, reproduce this
type of design:

This is a 290 mm f/7.5 Petzval design. Glass selection was based
on "cheap". In spite of that, the Visual Strehl is about 0.555.
In addition, I think the overall tube length is short (for a
Petzval), 2.68 m, or about 23% more than the focal length.

The only loss here is that of color -- it ends up nominal.
