[ATM] AOL

I receive error messages like this
"Mail Delivery Subsystems"

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<aplanatic@aol.com>
    (reason: 554-:  (ISP:B2)
http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/554ispb2.html)

There is also another AOL address I am using with same result.
Even worse is that  it works sometimes, and sometimes not.
This problem is experienced only with AOL addresses.

What is going on. Is this specific to AOL?

I will appreciate help (off list if possible)
