Jerry, download it and see for yourself. I have no way of
compiling it, but I did translate it into a working English
program.

Do a search on Google for Localisation and you will see there
are many applications for the very large market of localising
software, and most of them can work just on the executable,
within limits. Multilizer is one of the best. Have a good look
at the PE file format and you will see how it is possible.
