Actual, it is that complicated.

it absolutely has to be recompiled after making the obvious Rench to English
conversions in the code.  (Either that or you still have the French input
and output.)

If you recompile after a coding change, (NO  MATTER HOW INSIGNIFICANT one
thinks the change is), then debugging must occur.  I personally have seen to
to many simple changes that caused all sorts of unexpected performance
changes...Especially when someone makes the changes that doesn't understand
thoroughly the rest of the code....
