[ATM] I love glass too
Hello Russ, i just wanted to point out what exist.
Of course i am a firm believer in glass, see this image of the current mirror
i am working on :

It is 22" f/4.3, faceplate just 1/2" thick, backplate 3/8"
glass is fused at high temperature, it works.
