How about an air cushion for a mirror support ?
Literally an infinity of self adjusting points, something to give Plop
a good time to evaluate :)
The mirror "support" could be made of cast material, such as plaster
with a multitude of small holes, like an air table...
Would also be great to thermal equilibrate the mirror !
I can hear the noise of all those compressors at star parties :))
Does it hold air ?
