[ATM] 2D webcam Hartmann program update.

There hasn't been much interest in my 2D Hartmann test, but I found a small 
error in the initial correction (R, b) computation.  (Maybe found it 
thinking a little about Ronchi reduction.)  That part of the program now 
converges much faster and better.  Usual download:
