Man, with all those tests saying almost the same thing, the deviations have
really been pinned down.

With the mirror almost passing (Strehl ~ .8), I'd reject option 1. Option
2 would be a lot of work - three high zones: 0-3", 5.8-7", and the
edge. So you'd need the 6" tool for the center, only a 1" tool around the
narrow zone (slow!), and maybe a thumb around the edge.
Let me suggest option 3: a starlap. Post the raw classic Foucault and the
LWT data, and I'll gin up a starlap design.
