[ATM] Ronchi Quiz part two

   Dale,  What terrible images to show on this list to "newbies" trying to 
figure out what a sphere
             looks like through a "Ronchi screen". This is like Ronchi 
"porn"!!
                 My guess is number one.. this is a very, very thin mirror.. 
  Number two,.. this surface
             is trying hard to become something other than a sphere (if it 
was ever one to begin with).
                Number three... I believe this mirror is so thin that the 
test stand is bending this glass
