I agree with Mike.  fix the outer zones and get the thing tamed down
closer to a sphere before trying for the parabola.  I'm no expert, but I
have been at almost exactly the same profile myself.  You would like to
wear down that mountain at 93%.  TOT way off center chordal strokes with
a full size lap can do that without introducing too much zoniness, if
the lap is in good contact and not too hard.  (I think a lot of my bad
figure troubles in the past have come from too hard pitch.  Going to use
softer next time.)
