[ATM] Computing surface from Ronchi image?

Is it possible to compute the actual mirror surface
from Rohchi images similar to what you can do with
interferometric fringes?

I assume not since I have not seen it done.

If it can be done then I would like to implement the
algroithm into something like my OpenFringe software.
