This is a bit confusing, since you said the same thing
twice by accident.
If the lines OUTSIDE the ROC bend sharply outwards at
the endge of the mirror, you have a turned-down edge,
which is very common and quite difficult to get rid
of; it will take at least an hour of work.. If the
lines INSIDE the ROC bend sharply outwards of the edge
of the mirror, then you have a turned-up edge, which
is much less common and much easier to eliminate.
