[ATM] My kingdom for an editor

As part of the great Cyber crash of ought-five, I finally
got (from a company in Ohio called IDM) an editor that allows
me to edit my scripts so they are somewhat readable.  I have
updated two scripts:

The  Gee-Wyld script has been upgraded to include a couple of
miscellaneous materials: CAF2 and CAF2SCHT; both are Fluorite,
the second specifically intended to implement the Schott variety.

The twomirrors script has been updated to include the Seidel
calculations for each of the four configurations (Ritchey-Chretien,
Classical, Dall-Kirkham, and Pressman-Camichel) .
