Sixtests agrees with the profile shape.  The surface RMS 19.5 nm is 
passing.  The best-fit conic b = -0.953, so if you really want to try 
making good better, I'd suggest maybe a 30 s spell of some parabolizing 
stroke.  The 2-sigma confidence interval about the RMS estimate is pretty 
big at ±6.6 nm, so it wouldn't hurt to make the probability of not passing 
smaller - reduce the RMS, test with more zones, cheat and say your reading 
sigma is better than .03 mm, etc.
