The best thing is to put all of the secondary and focuser stuff on the tube
and then setup the primary so that you can move it up and down the tube and
adjust so that a short FL EP focuses near the bottom of the focuser travel
and that your longest FL EP focuses near the top of the travel.  Once you
get that done, you can measure exactly where the front of the primary is and
make your holes to mount it to the tube.
Remember that you can make a bit of adjustment to the position of the
primary by adjusting the 3 bolts for the alignment in or out with the range
of adjustment depending upon the length of those bolts.
