Re: [ATM] Off Topic Viewing sun with polarized material
A normal sextant has a half-silvered mirror in it so's
the user can match the sun to the horizon. Or at least
that's the way I understand it. I ahve a broken one
somewhere in my classroom, but have never yet used it.
It lacks the half-mirror completely.
