It sure would. I was curious about Steve Kennedy's "secret", and
did some reading. Seems that all testing means needed for producing
an exceptional mirror are the Foucault and star test (Zambuto seems
to be making it w/o star test, but even his mirrors would likely benefit
from it). Can't quite put finger on it, but like the way it sounds on 
Steve's page.
