With a 10" x 1.6" thick, why not just mount it to a three point cell?
the mirror is full thickness and the three points would do just fine,
why over exceed and go for six points.
mounting it right to the base is the easiest way so long as base is
sturdy, three points they say is the easiest way to insure no undo
stress to the mirror..
