You have to remember that the shorter FL EPs don't have the FOV of the
longer FL ones.  As a result, the impingement of the bottom of the focuser
into what you would think of as the FOV really isn't.  In addition, the
minimal intrusion produces almost no aberrations in the image anyway so
there is no real problem.
