No. 

One thing you can do is assume most people have normal or near-normal vision, therefore if you're focusing for a group do it with your glasses on. Also realize that many newbies don't know what focus is. I've seen lots of them start turning the knob, and then keep turning. They later say that they thought the star image was supposed to be as large as possible - "the scope magnifies it, right?"
