I haven't seen any myself.  The only design of cass that has any books on it
is the Maks and there is just the 2 book set put out by S&T on making Maks
from the circulars that were done years ago.  The book set is a good one and
I'd get it just for some of the info in them.
The cass really hasn't been done very often by amateurs and so there really
isn't any push to do a step by step grind this and so forth for them.  Even
the unobstructed schief's and so forth which have been pushed by some
amateurs don't have any real books on them.
