[ATM] 12 inch binocular scope

My girlfriend and I are making two 12 inch mirrors. We want to build a 12
inch binocular Newtonian. We found information about building binoculars,
but not about the f/value tolerance of both mirrors. Could someone point me
to that kind of information?
