[ATM] Round Robin, Robo, and interferometry by Dale Eason

As I have stated earlier I have been comparing the
Round Robin Mirrors B and C profiles with one another,
my high resolution Robo and interferometery.

Here is a link to the final report. I think it
complements James Lerch's findings. I would like to
point out the various mirror porfiles computed from
the Manual data. Several testers matched the
interferometry and robo data very well. Others not so
well. However I do not have a figure of merrit for
that. I computed an RMS of the Mirror B profiles to
robo. The varied from .14 to 1.4 nanometers RMS. I
still could not say if any of those readings would be
out of tolerances.

It is interesting to note that the three people that
matched the robo results did so on both mirrors.
Since I believe that the robo result is the best
Foucault data you can get we should ask those
individuals about thier methods.

Thanks once again to all who provided data and the
mirrors.
