Wynne published much of his work in the "Monthly Notices of the RAS", which 
is available in scanned form online through NASA's ADS service. The 
referenced article for example is at 
<http://adsbit.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/nph-iarticle_query?1980MNRAS.193....7W&amp;data_type=PDF_HIGH&amp;type=PRINTER&amp;filetype=.pdf>.

If that link doesn't work go to 
<http://adsabs.harvard.edu/abstract_service.html> and fill in "Wynne" in 
the author field of the query form, along with maybe a phrase like 
"cassegrain corrector" in the abstract field.
