Glad it didn't do serious damage to your primary.  Something similar
happened to me.  I forgot to rough up the rear of the secondary before
affixing it to the holder.  The resulting dislocation and crash was more
embarrassing than anything else.

I accidentaly damaged my primary mirror (8") (the secondary fell on the
primary...)
and now it has a (0.3 inches) thin scratch...

What can i expect now?
(the secondary broke and i can't see if it affects my view...)
