I got the pellicles from Sterling Resale Optics, www.sro-optics.com.

It's important to decouple movement in X, Y and Z, otherwise adjusting the
fringe pattern becomes quite difficult. Precision rods are quite cheap and
are a convenient way to provide linear movement.
