[ATM] Pitch Laps

The quick #1 way is to scrap the surface of the old lap to get rid of the
entire surface that may have some contamination - even just being stored, it
can still pick up some grit that will cause scratches. Then form the lap to
the new surface and get to work.
First thing that I'd do is find out what that center peak is doing to the
whole shape as you may have to just get rid of the center hill and have a
good mirror. Some creative playing around with the numbers in the central
area will show that if you do at least 5 zones in the test. You may just
need to do a few strokes to get rid of that hill and you'll be done.
The other way is to just remove and redo the lap on the old base as the base
isn't affected by putting a new lap on it.
