Your mail program isn't 'compliant'.  Mine gives me the choice of, reply to,
reply to all, reply to list.

We had it set up the other way at one point, but you run into the problem that
some one may inadvertently post what they think is a private reply to the list.
 Given some of the personalities on the list, this could be a very bad thing.
;-)

So, I contend the "right way" is to use a mail program with a "reply to list"
button. :)
