There is no 'Right Way' (or should I say there are many 'Right' ways?)

The disadvantage to automatically sending to the list in a Reply
is that you can pick up extra personal chit chat.

On large lists it is preferred to have it the way we have it.

If you don't want to edit the TO list, try a REPLY-ALL, most maillers
have that button too...
