[ATM] Conic Constant

Perfect is the conic constant that you want, i.e. -1.0.  The thing is that
an undercorrected mirror will have less coma than an equally overcorrected
one thus if you are going to miss then you really want the under rather than
the over corrected condition.  Please note that I'm not saying that either
condition is desirable.
