[ATM] Conical Mirrors - central bolts?
Hi Doug:
I was told not that long ago about a respected mirror
maker (whose name escapes me, sorry) who used a
central bolt in the mirrors he made for dobsonians,
solely for the support provided. I have no data on
how well this worked other than that he was his
preferred method. So I suspect it can work fairly
well. For myself I'm drawn to gentler methods. ;)
Cheers,
