[ATM] Cassegrain Baffles

I'd make baffles like this out of a couple of turns of matte-surfaced 
mylar sheet, the stuff sold at art supply stores, shaped and taped into 
a cylinder or cone and spray painted black.  The nice way to shape these 
is with double sided tape holding an overlapped area together.  Because 
it's plastic you can safely tape this stuff directly to the primary hole 
and to the secondary rim.  The weight and thermal mass are minimal. 
Mylar won't stretch or sag and the stuff is nearly everything proof.
