[ATM] 81-point PLOP cell design

There was a thread in the atm@shore.net list on a beautiful lightweight 
36 inch mirror blank made with two plate glass surfaces (front and back) 
and post in between.  Unfortunately I can't bring up those archives 
right now to follow the thread.  At any rate, the posts in the mirror 
were not spaced based on PLOP.  I had suggested using an 81 point cell 
model for placement from my web site.  Over the past few days I've 
cobbled up a new 81 point cell design which may be more appropriate, 
since it has a much more regular  parts layout, but gives the same 
degree of support.
