My apologies to the list.  I have since found out something about
the "model glass" that is used in OSLOW (I'm going to start calling
it that after this!;-).  Apparently, the model is rather primitive
and only works for three wavelengths and then only if those wavelengths
happen to be the three used for the model (e.g.: d, C, and F).

I have replaced these files with versions that, in fact, use these
three wavelengths.  I have also added the full 11 wavelength versions
using the ZEMAX model glass refractive index data.  The corresponding
file names are:
