[ATM] Old ATM Archives

Several people (including me) have noticed that the ATM List archive web site 
is not up. I'm trying to contact the archive maintainer (Andy Steere), but 
have not reached him yet, so I don't know what the problem is. If you know 
how to reach him I'd be obliged.

FYI, there are no plans I know of to remove the old archives, and in fact, if 
there were, I would do everything possible to preserve them. I'm assuming 
this is just another glitch and things will be back to normal soon. In the 
meantime, you can use the (inferior, but at least the stuff is there) 
archives at:

Note that the archives of the new list are not affected by this.
