[ATM] plywood question

For warped wood, instead of a table saw dado I'd use a router. A table
saw depends on the wood being at a uniform depth over a large area, and
a big warp can introduce an error that's greater than the thickness of
the wood. A router only needs the thickness to be uniform over a small
area, so warping doesn't matter too much.

Use a large square when you're clamping and gluing joints. I usually
clamp the square to the structure with big spring clamps, adjust the
pieces until there are no gaps under the square, and leave it there
until the glue sets.
