Occasionally it's handy to turn off a street light for a while. A laser-
pointer aimed at the switch on top usually does the trick for a minute
or so.
So I need a simple, cheap circuit that will switch 3 volts (2 AAA cells)
on for a second or so once every minute or so.
Before I make a big production out of it, is there something ready-made
that fills the bill?
