As wayward Richard Schwartz pointed out some time ago, no builder of a tube 
scope need stress out over a misplaced focuser hole.  Go with your best 
estimate of the hole position, and then cheat the mirror cell slightly up or 
down the tube as required.  POC (Piece o' cake).
