I think the answer is .08 mm if I understood the question correctly.
Interesting idea this CD stuff has given me since CDs are made of a
polycarbonate substrate which is an outstanding surface for metal vacuum
coatings. Visualizing a very fine micro thin sheets vacuum coated and then
pressed into my precise para fiber blank to act as the surface. If go this
route then a hexagon mirror be in order. Since this stuff isn't near as
exspansive as glass according to the manufactor just might be made to work
as a inexspensive alternative large mirror.

I'll fool around with the idea.
