ATM Looking for eyepiece hole liners

I have a eyepiece case with 1.25" and 2" holes but I don't care for the 
wood rubbing against the metal barrel in travel. 

The holder is made up of three 0.25" layers.  The top two are about 1" 
apart (with spacers) and have the holes cut in them.  The last one is the 
base under the bottom cutout.   What I'm looking for is a plastic insert 
to go between the top hole and the eyepiece, ideally with a small lip on 
the top.  I realize that the holes would have to be made larger.

Any suggestions?
